My professional path to real estate began long before I ever sold a home. I graduated with honors from Duquesne University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism, then spent more than 20 years in corporate sponsorship sales with organizations such as Globe Ticket & Label, the PGA TOUR, and IMG. I also owned and operated my own print brokerage, LARK Printing. Those years in corporate America honed my negotiation skills and shaped the way I advocate for my clients today; firm, strategic and always focused on the best possible outcome.

My interest in real estate started with investment properties, and that curiosity eventually led me to a full-time career helping others buy, sell, and invest with confidence. My approach is straightforward: I listen closely, gather the right information, communicate clearly, and follow through on what I say. I protect my clients’ interests as if they were my own, and I take that responsibility seriously.

I’ve had the privilege of being recognized for consistent performance and client satisfaction, including:

  • Top 2–5% Nationally at BHHS (2020–2025)

My specialties include helping newcomers’ transition smoothly into the area, guiding first-time homebuyers and working with clients interested in investment properties. My business continues to grow each year, driven primarily by referrals and long-term relationships, something I’m incredibly proud of!
